claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your
violation of the prohibited actions listed above or any acts similar in nature or that may have similar outcome.
This may include any claims resulting from your unauthorized use of intellectual property, distribution of harmful
software, removal of legal notices, or misrepresentation of the origin of any material you post. Such obligation
to indemnify KCB Group will survive the termination of your use of any of its social media platforms.
